The International Balkan University (IBU) is a non-profitable higher education institution founded in 2006 by the Foundation for Education and Culture Skopje. The academic staff employed at IBU, of about 105 professors and assistants, is highly educated and qualified in the Universities in North Macedonia and eminent universities all over the world. 

IBU accounts for the continuous development, establishment of new study programs, and updating existing ones, following the trends in modern education and the requirements of the competitive global labor market. IBU aims to arrange and maintain high-quality educational criteria, increase the number of self-confident graduates with excellent theoretical and practical knowledge, and generate individuals who can be faced with occupational and life issues of any kind.
